Cultivate various kinds of professionals for enterprises or systems to enhance operations. Cultivate seed tutors within the enterprises or structures to root up and develop the influence of tutors in the enterprises or structures. Hold various kinds of visits, seminar and presentation activities at home and abroad to improve enterprises manpower quality and overall competitiveness. Introduce the most updated training courses from abroad to enrich training service items. Help enterprises train all necessary talents for internationalization and multi-varied operation.　 Scopes of Service Hold training programs for enterprises or systems. Assist enterprises or systems with education & training programs. Hold activities on foreign and domestic visits, advance study and presentations. Introduce training courses from abroad. Train personnel with an internationalized scope. Train personnel for friendly foreign countries.	Completed comprehensive education programs and assistance infrastructure, developed the "seeding tutors plan" to provide direct training services for enterprises. Successively held a series of activities, such as "International Seminar On Industrial Automation and Business Management", "Vocational Training Results Exhibition for 80^th Anniversary of Republic of China", "Total Quality Management High-level Seminar". "Presentation for Total Quality Management", "Presentation for VE Promoting Achievements", "Exhibition for Industrial Upgrading", "Outstanding System Presentation", "Presentation for ISO Accreditation", etc. Exported Taiwan experience through seminars and training programs for enterprises in foreign friendly countries which maintain good relationship with Taiwan. A total of 214 experts from 77 foreign countries participated in 8 courses held by CSD. Conducted the "Managerial Plan for Technical Personnel Cultivation of Industry" project assigned by Industrial Development Bureau to establish a complete information system. This system is to help allocate budget, resources and training programs effectively. Held operating management consultants courses and functional training courses.
