C-S System Promoting Task Force

  CSD

  • Formed in July, 1984 by the Industrial Development Bureau as instructed by the former Economic Affairs Minister Chao Yao-Tung.
  • Former Premier Yu Kuo-Hua in a Cabinet Meeting (No. 1964) on February 26, 1985 commanded stepping up promotion efforts for Center-Satellite Factory System(C-S System).
  • Objectives:
  • Promoting C-S System
  • Setting up framework of C-S System
  • Upgrading the satellite factories
  • Promoting QCC activities
  • Conducting National Quality Award
  • Setting up regional service infrastructure

  • Task force reshuffled in July 1990 as CSD, to further assist enterprises to establish C-S System by which all participants will be benefited in image-building, management, product quality,industry upgrading and international competitiveness.
