Way of Service
- Helping enterprises to build a healthy structure, increase product quality and strengthen external competitiveness. The goal includes the following:

Scopes of Service
- Integrate CSD years' experiences of assisting enterprises with assisting resources to strengthen and assist the quality of structure and individual enterprise. Service including:
| § | Establish good TQM system. |
| § | Assist to obtain international QA certificates (QS9000, ISO9000 and ISO 14000). |
| § | SQA system for satellite factories. |
| § | QCC diagnosis, training assistance and R&D. |
- Carry out professional assistance to quality elevation through professional visiting, diagnosis and QCC activities.
- Cultivate and improve seed tutors for C-S System and individual enterprise.
- Introduce quality improvement cases and methods to the industries through presentation and demonstration of enterprises.
Achievement
- Assist more than 10 enterprises such as Taiwan Glass, etc. to obtain international quality approval.
- The extent of enterprises' satisfaction up to 95% or more, and ratio of yearly improvement benefit to assisting expense input over 10 times.
