• Enterprises may obtain necessary information and service through CSD-NET on-line inquiry.
• Carry out production system project assistance and manpower training through project visiting and diagnosis.
• Introduce EDI Turn Key System to meet business process engineering in order to elevate management level and efficiency of enterprises.
• Establish digital information environment for upper-stream, mid-stream and downstream industries through CALS and integrated database.

Scopes of Service

• Established CSD-NET and increased the level of information application to manufacturing industries.
• Expand EDI depth and width of application to manufacturing industries.
• Increase application level of production management information system.
• Integrate digital information environment of upper-stream, mid-stream and downstream industries.
• Help participating factories in C-S System plan production system to elevate operating quality.

Achievements

• Specify and complete 12 manufacturing-industry EDI standards, and help 305 enterprises to introduce the use of EDI and successful development of EDI Turn Key System.
• Establish and complete "metal industry virtualized industrial field" relating to iron & steel industry.
• Carried out project assistance in production management system of industry of automobile parts.
• project assistance and improvement of production system for more than 10 enterprises.
• Help four C-S Systems complete business process engineering and save about NT$28 million per year.
